How do my people add their payout details?

PayrollEmployers and recipients·Where enabled·Published ·Updated

Each person gets a private link to add a USDC wallet they control, where enabled for the run, or a US bank account for a pay run in USD. Bank payouts for pay runs in other currencies are not offered today. They don’t need a Swaps account. A link expires after 14 days.

From link to ready

  1. Add the person to the run

    Name, amount and currency.

  2. Send their link

Copy the request link from the run’s Details and send it to them.

  3. They add a wallet or bank account

A USDC wallet they control, on a network enabled for the run, or a US bank account (ACH) for a pay run in USD.

  4. Swaps validates it

The row turns ready. Once the run starts, the details are locked.

If a link no longer works

Each link belongs to one row of one pay run and expires after 14 days. The recipient sees This link isn’t valid anymore; send them a new one. Nothing was submitted and no money moved.

Is the link real?

It names the employer who wants to pay, and it asks only for payout details. It never asks for a password or a card.

Swaps provides the interface and transaction coordination. Bank payments are processed by Bridge, the provider for supported bank services, named before you pay.
