Bank-service provider
Execution only.
Swaps does not calculate taxes, file payroll, issue payslips or act as employer of record.
Does Swaps calculate taxes or issue payslips?
No. Payroll is execution only. Your company, payroll system, accountant or employer of record stays responsible for calculations, taxes, filings and payslips.
How do my people choose how they are paid?
Each person gets a private link to add an eligible USDC wallet or, for a USD run, a bank destination: USD via ACH, BRL via Pix, MXN via SPEI or COP via Bre-B. The link shows the available options. They do not need a Swaps account. A link expires after 14 days, and you can send a new one.
How do I fund a run?
Each run is funded once, from your own funds, by bank transfer to the account issued for that run or in USDC where enabled. Payouts start only after the full amount is confirmed.
Can I pay people with money from my clients?
Not through payroll. Payroll pays your people from your own funds. Collect from clients first with payment links or invoices.
What happens if one payout fails?
Every payout has its own status. A run can complete, complete in part or fail, and each row shows what happened. Check the row and contact support before you send a replacement payment.
Do I need to verify first?
You can draft a run before you verify. Approving, funding and paying need a business or individual account verified with Bridge, the provider for supported bank services. Creating a draft moves no money.
